Honestly not too sure. But an improvement for me is actually being aware of it and kinda getting annoyed with it. I really can’t think of anything in particular that started this off though.

I think I figured out the answer. It’s the season. The relentlessly hot and windy season has started with a vengeance. And I’m already over it. I want to live somewhere with a proper autumn and a snowy winter and a summer that doesn’t make you feel like looking for a cold cave to hide in.
