When I was 21, I held the same position at the computer while writing a paper for so long that when I moved, I threw my back out. I had no previous back injuries, but Ive sure as hell had subsequent ones.

It’s not so bad when I have work. I work a pretty physical retail job and I know I have to eat in order to do work. It’s real bad when I have a day off. It will be 7pm and I feel weird and shitty and pissed off and then I’ll realize that I haven’t eaten all day and that’s probably why. And never at any point did I actually feel hungry.
