This is why we need a real worker’s party, because this party is dead, and refuses to change.

A Reuters/Ipsos poll released Thursday found that 62 percent of Democrats said “party leaders should be replaced,” 49 percent of Democratic respondents said they were “unsatisfied with current leadership” and 41 percent said they disagreed with the sentiment that they were unsatisfied with leadership.

Getting out of the democratic party is a viable alternative. How have they helped any working class member in the last decade? Things have only gotten worse, and that is not because of the orange turd in the white house. NAFTA…which is a large part of the problem today, was Clinton’s baby. Obama, bailing out the banks who cause a housing crash, instead of the working people who lost their homes. Yeah, there is nothing to see here, orange man bad.

Either you’re trolling or just don’t know much. How have they helped the working class? In the last decade? Well, That would put us at Obamas final year, four years of trump and four of Biden.

We do this all the time, and it’s just a pose for some people to sniff at and claim it’s nothing, but they don’t know shit. It’s not nothing by a long shot.

      • The Biden-Harris Administration has strengthened privacy protections for patients and doctors and defended in court women’s ability to access medication for abortion.
      • President Biden issued an executive order directing the Secretaries of the Treasury, Labor and HHS to explore ways to:
      - Improve access and affordability for over-the-counter contraception.
      - Ensure the right to travel across state lines to receive care.

      • 14.8 million jobs were created in the first three years of the Biden-Harris Administration - more than any period in US history.
      • The unemployment rate has held below 4% for the longest stretch since the 1960s.
      • Hispanics, African-Americans, and people with disabilities now have near-record low unemployment rates.

      • A $15 minimum wage was established for federal workers and contractors.
      • Under the Biden-Harris Administration, the number of employees eligible for time-and-a-half pay significantly increased.

Democratic state legislatures have enacted proposals to increase voting access, resulting in the enactment of 153 laws in 38 states.
      • Although blocked by the GOP, Democrats have worked relentlessly to pass the John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act and the Freedom to Vote Act. Should Dems control Congress in 2025, voting rights bills will be a top priority.

      • The Inflation Reduction Act provides $369 billion for a climate initiative to reduce greenhouse emissions and promote clean energy technologies.
      • Biden rejoined the Paris Agreement, an international pact aiming for all countries to slash their greenhouse gas emissions.

      The Biden Administration:
      • Canceled loans of $153 billion for 4.3 million borrowers.
      • Helped more than 700,000 people access Public Service Loan Forgiveness.
      • Increased the maximum value of Pell Grants by $900 per year.

President Biden signed the Respect for Marriage Act to enshrine marriage equality for same-sex and interracial couples into federal law.
      • The Pentagon eliminated restrictions on transgender troops, imposed by the Trump administration, and unveiled new rules designed to end discrimination and provide medical care for those service members.
      • President Biden appointed Jessica Stern as the US Special Envoy to Advance the Human Rights of LGBTQI+ Persons.

There’s more but if you read all that and don’t get it, okay then.

LOL, nice that you copied Biden’s presidential bio. Although a few of these are good bandaids, such as the $15 min wage (although it needed to be more for a real impact given the state of Biden’s economy,) nothing here that really helped the major issues which is why the working class either sat the election out or voted for the orange man. Grocery/gas/utility bills were at an all time high under Biden, his economy sucked, and he did nothing to prevent it. Open borders under Biden, who left them open, whether you agree or not, was one of the biggest campaign voting issues for the workers, and Trump. Healthcare costs are bankrupting workers, Biden did nothing. He lowered only a few drugs for the boomers, but again, nothing to impact the working class. Do you see the bigger picture, no real working class issues addressed, same for cackling Harris (Hillary’s girl, I mean half her campaign staff was from Hillary’s campaign.)

        Oh and lets take a snapshot of what is happening right now with the dems in NY as noted by Abraham Aiyash;

Democrats who ripped apart Trump’s character for his conduct with women, etc, then proceed to endorse serial sexual harasser @andrewcuomo for mayor because they’re afraid of progressives like @ZohranKMamdani is exactly why people don’t trust or respect the Democratic Party.

        Chuck @benigma2017 replies

The fact that Democrats will sell out EVERY SINGLE THING they claim to care about - whether it’s political corruption, or a woman’s right to bodily autonomy, or arming and funding genocide - is the reason people no longer trust or respect the Democratic Party.

Yeah, real actual federal accomplishments and you’re all “sniff they should have done more, lol”

Why would a functional party appeal to you in the first place?

Do you see the bigger picture, no real working class issues addressed, same for cackling Harris

Cackling Harris huh. Hm where have I heard that characterization before . . .? Oh I know! The same fuckwit right-wing channels that decry “the liberals”. You must be very proud.

lets take a snapshot of what is happening right now with the dems

Who is “the dems”? They sound terrible. Enjoy the republiQan party, you’ll have lots to talk about.
