I mean i think it suffices as a translation because you could be pedantic that it means “fashion trend” or “fad”. I guess another translation would be “Jucika and the latest fad”?
Good question. It’s a combination of words that doesn’t make sense to translate directly (unless ‘fashion whim’ sounds naturally English, which I doubt). I guess I would just stick with ‘the new fad’ or something similar - I wish I was better versed in the language (either, to be fair).
I know it doesn’t need to be a straight translation, but ‘hóbort’ is closer to something like ‘whim’ or ‘fad’ in meaning.
