After almost two years, more and more politicians, experts, and human rights groups are finally using the G-word to describe Israel's violence in Gaza, but the list is still relatively short.

    Now that politicians are starting to acknowledge the genocide and pretend they care for the optics. We need to start making an opposite lister of the people who supported and covered up for the genocide. It’s a large list, but we should never forgive or forget them.

    He’s on the “Israel has the right to defend itself list”

    And from the EU with their non stop talk about ‘democratic values’ and always lecturing others only Ireland and Spain.

      You’re not wrong, but it seems popular for people to sound bite Bernie and cut out the qualifications he tends to make. Like, if he says

      “Israel has a right to project itself, but the war in Gaza is going too far and Israel needs to work toward peace,”

      then there are a certain group of people who’ll just quote the first part and rant about it, and ignore the Gaza part.

      It’s hard for me to see those people as anything other than pushing an agenda to sow division among the left.

        Oh what a nasty attempt at slandering me.
        Kibbuts Bernie categorically refuses to use that word, since it has legal meaning, the snake knows that like any lawyer knows certain terms or words can not be used without consequence.
        Same as he deliberately uses ‘the Netanyahu government’ and not Israel.
        To create the ilusion that when he’s (inevitably) gone the genocider state will be a perfect democracy again, as if they haven’t been slowly murdering the Palestinians and stealing their land under any of their scummmy leaders.
        He can use all the theatrics and drama to fool the gullibles but anyone paying atention to his history knows better.
        It’s hard for me to see the people defending him as anything other than pushing an agenda~~ to sow division among ~~ keep voter from voting for actualt left and creating the laughable ilusion that exists in the fascist -lite party.
        Which is exactly Bernie the sheepdog’s purpose.
        But nice try tho. It’s working.

        You americans are generally politically iliterate and stubbornly cling to the uniparty.
        Pathetic and not worthy of sympathy, only ridicule.
