    Blocking .ml and similar instances makes the experience on lemmy so much better. Blocked .ml shortly after the feature came out and didn’t miss it in the slightest.

      I’ve had good results doing blocks on the user level instead. Just block the user whenever you see particularly egregious tankie bullshit in a post or comment. Honestly, I’ve only needed to block a half dozen or so, and already that’s made a huge difference. 90% of it comes from just a few nutjobs (or paid propagandists?), after all.

      I still do have occasional tankies in my feed, but only the more reasonable kind – real people who might actually have a good-faith discussion with you rather than instantly dismissing you as a ‘lib’.
