Context for the weird clickbait title is part of the channel update: Them noticing the YouTube algorithm has been serving them a selection of videos where their own and videos of fellow marginalised people have been pushed away even further than before. (Hence the “You probably won’t see this”).
Also, dealing with trolls on YT basically harassing them for taking a week off as channel creators, and how that, even if everyone well knows not to “let them get to you” is exhausting and draining.
This comes together with them looking for more alternatives besides YT and PeerTube (which is too small in audience at the moment to justify the storage cost, so they can’t have their backlog uploaded there).

I try to keep editorialising to a minimum when sharing videos here, erring on the side of leaving things as-is, letting the original creators “sit in the nest they made” so to speak - but I agree, I should have added more.
