I love making these from old shirts, especially ones with holes so I can use sashiko mending to add some flare. Eventually all my bags will be Ship of Theseus bags.

I’d learn to sew if you’re into making something like this. It doesn’t take long at all and you can mend clothes in general.

I can sew, I just like the fringe. It makes a pretty strong bag, too.
