I’ve been makiing these for years. They’re needle felted and filled with catnip for my cat.

    Lovely! Are the veins felted, too, or stitched? I think this is how I’m spending my Saturday.

      I felt them in, I find it easier to get the veiny look with twisted bits of wool rather than embroidery. But you can get some cool textures mixing embroidery and felting.
