I want to do X, but i should also do Y while X is running to make better use of my time, but in order to do Y i have to do Z, but i dont want to do Z because it makes me anxious. Oh and also Z would be easier if X was already done.
3 days later: damm, I should have done X by yesterday, but also F needs to be done every two days, and I have not done that in a week, so maybe I should start there. But that would be so much better if Y was done already. Maybe I’ll just do a tiny bit of H (which is not urgent at all) and call it a day (it is 2 am).
