They all have some respiratory and eye infection but only one (the grey) one seems to be critical
The vet at the animal rescue said that he’ll hopefully get better over the weekend but he is still critical
He also has a painful infection at his private parts. They all seem to have herpes but they may grow out of that.
The one most directly under your hand is such my friend! Lost one who had an eye infection that wasn’t properly diagnosed as a symptom of a worse thing. I really hope your kitties get healthy. Holy shit, so cute!

Cat herpes usually isn’t serious. It typically manifests as eye irritation, but most cats who have it are asymptomatic.
The cat in the middle is plotting the demise of the cameraperson.

His eye infection is pretty bad! He is a super sweet kitten. His sister to the left though is quite a naughty one!

Is it bacterial? Because antibiotic eye drops work great, for me at least when I have gotten eye infections from swimming.

The vet says it is cat herpes so they need to fight it off themselves. So hopefully good food, warmth and water will be enough. We do clean them several times a day though with drops and cotton swabs
I could be wrong and it might depend on their age, but I believe famciclovir can be used by kittens, and it can tremendously helpful with feline herpes. It might be worth seeing if the vet would be open to trying it! (One of my little guys had a severe case as a kitten and the rescue used it to bring him through it, but I’m not sure how old he was when they started the course. I adopted him at six months.)
Sometimes herpes is mis diagonosed, as, what is it, I forget, look into it. Impleglio, not that, impetigo, something like that.
