Ok. I was referring to the commonly known and understood “right of way” in regards to road traffic, I thought that was obvious but perhaps I could have made it clearer, but thanks for letting me know of the term in regards to access to land and public rights of way.

There’s actually no legal definition for “right of way” in the UK. Despite it being a widely understood concept, if you go to court to defend yourself in a road traffic accident and your defence is “it was my right of way, your honour”, you could find yourself in trouble.

The most infuriating are the wannabe policeman that straddle both lanes to stop people passing.

Like, if you wanna sit in a queue for no reason then good for you, don’t stop people passing that have actually bothered to read the highway code.

I watched this not just with an open mind, but like you and many others here, with the mind that people were colluding to extort money from Jackson. This completely changed my mind.

I mean, I get it. If one of my favourite artists was accused of being a pedo, I’d defend them and say the claims can’t be proven etc.

In this case, I think it’s safe to say that whilst he wasn’t a full blown child rapist, that he clearly had an attraction to young boys that went much further than just fantasy.

Anyone who thinks Jackson wasn’t a pedophile is willfully blind.

Being a great artist doesn’t stop you from being a very sick man. His upbringing certainly is an extenuating circumstance, but it doesn’t change the nature of his relationships with young boys.

I got banned from r/worldnews for being a “covidiot”, my only ever ban on Reddit in 14 years.
