Depends on the state, no? Many states will tax distilled spirits higher than just fermented beverages, even if the end product is essentially just a 5% 12oz can.
We need these laws to change, imo.

If you’re drinking for a buzz, then that’s the best way. All the calories you’re getting are only from alcohol. If you drink other cocktails or beer/wine, you’re drinking a lot of sugar, which adds up over time.
Source: my beer gut because I love the taste of craft beer
It’s a 1970’s build too. Other triplexes are selling for way more or just less than that individually.
But this is in Seattle.
Exactly. I’m living in a triplex that sold for $1.4 million last year. My rent is less than 1/3 a 30 year mortgage (with a 3.5% down payment). My old landlord set the right price. I hope my new landlord does the same.
I can never get the parallel view to work. My eyes want to focus too quickly. :( cross view is so much easier to me. I wish they came in both all the time.
Add those words to your dictionary to stop them from autocorrecting. You can also add them as a contact and it will autocorrect towards that word, so I can get my phone to want to correct to “fucking”.
Yes. Autocorrect has gotten better and better with my typing as it learns the words I type. It takes into account where on the wrong letters that I’m typing to figure out the actual word. I’m pretty fast at typing on my phone.
Because I use the YouTube app on Apple TV. It doesn’t have all the fancy stuff. Plus I want to kinda support the dozens of creators I watch without spending $120/month since they’d all be Patreon/Twitch.
So glad they did this. I made a wrong turn once when I first moved here and drove down the road accidentally. Blocking it off just helps everyone.
Hawaii does this. Hanauma Bay is free for locals but charges $25 for tourists.
Usually “asking for a friend” is deflection sarcasm, like you’re saying, “I’m not that stupid, but my friend is, so please explain it for my friend”
Finally my people.
100%. The current city density plan will not cut it with the current growth projections. We’re trying our damnedest by being active in many advocacy groups!
It truly is! On the way to Capitol Hill pride as I comment. Loving the weather for my outfit!
Exactly. In Seattle, summer is the best. High of 75 most days and because of the water surround the city, it only gets down to high 50’s at night. And our winters aren’t too bad. 45F/40F averages, just wet with the light rain.
But don’t tell anyone because we don’t want more people moving here!
~~This is DAMAG3! Here’s her most popular song, and my favorite. It’s got several jokes in it, but still has a semi-serious tone. https://youtu.be/egB7_7xB9NI~~
She’s an amazing artist from the South that moved to LA (thankfully). I saw her in Seattle a year ago, and we burned Harry Potter books in the parking lot afterwards. Go listen to her music and support queer artists escaping the South!
~~I also just found out that she’s on tour in August! Go see her!! https://www.songkick.com/artists/10318338-damag3~~
Edit: this is not DAMAG3. It clearly says “Eve Weston” and I can’t read. XD
But if people are visiting, don’t most people want massive tourist infrastructure?
How can we “visit” if there’s not even a hotel? Do tourists need to learn the native language to find a place?
I have a python script that I run on my phone to scrape a few websites and return the current food trucks at my few local breweries with the times they’re there. It makes our once/twice a week dinner selections so much easier than having to manually visit 4 websites. Some sites have been updated, and I haven’t updated my script and I need to.
No, that’s Orgasmo. It’s actually the fruit that had the color named after it.
I mean the price difference, because tax. The product will be the same but could be different prices depending on state liquor laws.
