Only a viable option for rich people’s dogs if they are willing to pay a carbon offset tax. Poor people dogs unfortunately have to be braised and sautéed.

We have moondust. It would be trivial to run a larger test. There’s probably a very good, very boring reason why the line of inquiry ends at “one time some guy was allergic to moon dust.”

How can I help him loosen up?631·1 day agoYou’ve been dating a month? I’d say what you can do to “help” him is date him for about 6 months and see how things stand then.
Eating dogs is morally good actually since pet dogs are a massive drain on the environment.

Fleur_@aussie.zoneto Enshittification@lemmy.world•Google fucked a whole generation with Chromebooks, and now they're fucking the next generation with AI0·3 days agoEhh in the same way boomers claim millennials are dumb because they can’t fix everything about their cars themselves, millennials complain that gen z is dumb because they can’t do everything with computers themselves. In both cases the underlying argument is flawed. Each generation is just as capable as the last it’s just the skills that are more useful to each changes over time. The reality is learning how to rip and burn a cd isn’t as important to know how to do now as it was 20 years ago. Same as knowing how to change your own oil isn’t as important as it used to be.
Fleur_@aussie.zoneto Enshittification@lemmy.world•Google fucked a whole generation with Chromebooks, and now they're fucking the next generation with AI0·4 days agoAh yes, a vast increase in the accessibility of computers actually made people less tech literate. This whole “gen-z can’t computer like me” crap is just millennials entering into their juvenoia phase. I guess we’re all just damned to become boomers, old and scared.
I’m like this. I fucking hate people. I don’t want to be around them. I find so many things they do annoying. Being around others for too long makes me irritable, anxious and exhausted. But some part of me is hard coded for human interaction. If I’m away from people for too long I get depressed and lonely and crave companionship. Once I’ve spent enough time around someone, I’ve had enough and want to be separate from everyone again. Usually 1 day a week where I have a lengthy interaction (3 to 8 hours) with one or more people is ideal for me. 2 weeks without interaction and I feel like shit, more than one day a week and I start wanting to not be around people when I am around them. I don’t think anon is sexist. But they should probably be honest with their girlfriend. Maybe they’d be happier in a less committed relationship.
Then after 20 years of friendship you learn their real name
