

These are just the first steps. So far the new gov seems to actually want to follow through with their promises. Which in the longer turn includes changing the election system to avoid a single party 2/3 majority being normal. And other checks and balances will need to be introduced since the fidesz gov gutted and changed everything to favor themselves. So far I am hopeful. We will have to see where the Tisza gov will lead us in the longer term.




If old means 20 year old to you, I would recommend buying used from around 2015 ish. That seems to be the time things started going “smart”. Some not too recent cars can be software modded by good techs/tuner shops to disable stop-start and similar. Probably other annoyances too, but I would assume it’s very dependent on make, model etc.
