German living in Sweden here. Never seen them here (Stockholm area). I am sad.

As far as I understand the ones we have here are generally better for bad weather. Can leave them open even in some rain. Not sure I find it worth it though. I miss my German windows.

Ich mach das Navi auf meinem Weg zur Arbeit und zurück an, einfach damit ich mitbekomme, ob Stau oder gesperrt ist, und welche Ausweichroute am besten geht.

Gut, früher hatte man dann halt das Radio an. Aber das kann Google eben nicht das Wasser reichen, was aktuelle Infos über den Verkehrsfluss angeht.
