Indeed, it would be a good temporary solution if we had started 30-40 years ago… I’m afraid that where we’ll past the point of a well thought of transition to renewable energy sources.

Also its a pretty outdated technical principle of boiling water with heat. Sun, wind and hydro has become way more efficient since then.

Bought a new 8a for 300,- a year or so ago. Way Cheaper than a flagship Samsung or iPhone, runs really smooth on Graphene.

Aurora store, google play store client that let’s you download from te google repository without signing in. Its on f-droid I think. Signal still uses google services for notifications tough. I recommend Molly if you also want to skip that.

Meanwhile, vinyl is minding its own business…

I currently use Obsidian for notes, I really like the canvas function this has to map out ideas and projects. Didn’t know HelixNotes, looks promising (and opensource, which Obsedian is not)

I don’t have a automatic connection between Obsidian and Linkwarden. I use Linkwarden for temporary storage and import the text/images into Obsidian via the browser plugin. Its a constant workflow for me so not a lot of buildup, but context deffinetly matters.

I run Linkwarden on my home server.

One folder is uncategorised catch all place and the rest is neatly categorised by projects I am working on linked to my notes.

I review once a while to clean up.
