RushLana@lemmy.blahaj.zoneto Programmer Humor@programming.dev•[ComiCSS] Benefits of TailwindEnglish1·4 days agoI tend to build stuff with html css and php only ( all vanilla) and avoid non trivial js like the plague. I can see your point but for me replacing HTML with js is just wastefull, you leave performance and built in accessibility on the table for a slightly more convenient experience that don’t work for me.
RushLana@lemmy.blahaj.zoneto Privacy@lemmy.dbzer0.com•Whats the privacy consensus on the Tuta-backed Zen browser?English11·4 days agoAfter daily driving it from march to now i can say that in term of user experience it’s great ! On the privacy side it’s better than firefox since it disable telemetry by default and offer a really good container tabs integration but far from librewolf with resist fingerprinting on.
The team is smaller and has made mistake in the past ( leaving remote debugging on in a release ) but it’s nothing egregious for me and I will continue to use it in place of firefox/librewolf.
