

It’s not a PhD but the Centcom commander “is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and earned a master’s degree in Strategic Intelligence from the National Intelligence University. He studied international relations at Harvard and Tufts Universities,” so while I’m not a fan of him or anything, on paper at least he’s not as totally unqualified as the the other three morons.




There’s nothing in that update that has anything to do with what you’re asking.
There’s apparently some deeper integration between copilot and terminals but that’s an entirely separate thing.
