Not a movie but 18 episodes, Arcane is full of massive, massive feels.
Hits multiple times in different ways. If you want the full gamut of emotional.

Yeah, when it takes 3 or 4 lakes of thatch to make a thatch roof, you only ever get one building.
The amount of stone required for bricks, the amount reed required for any sort of storage, the amount of sticks to power your kiln. There’s so much grinding for base materials that making anything pretty cuts so deep into your survival.
Leather in particular sucked because you needed borax or limestone or chalk. Took so long to find but it was the difficulty of building materials that drove me absolutely batty.
Was just about to recommend this. Really wish I could get a server of people playing it. Single player is ROUGH. It takes so much time and effort to build cool stuff in survival and there’s just not enough time to gather all the raw resources in a day.
God that split sucked it was the last straw for me.
I think it’s a good thing to try and explore how easy or hard it is to build this. It can all translate into building something entirely local, building things at higher quality for less money, or even building things in times of quarantine, trade embargoes, or just lower tech areas.
What you’ve described is every complaint I’ve had with centrists and neocons in the democratic party. I don’t really know where the progressive part comes in.
Bernie did amazing with men to the point where “bernie bros” were being mocked in media, so has Mamdani in NY in polls.
If anything, I would argue that the Democratic party should be more populist and progressive. Focusing on things that pull up everybody, because everyone is struggling right now.
Airbags can deploy (erroneously or not) and the car can still drive.
If a car refuses to move because its airbags have been deployed (or think they’ve been deployed) then you could be stranded in the middle of nowhere for no other reason than a single part of your car is unhappy.
Your frunk can be bodged shut with duct tape.
The entire point of your car is to move from point A to point B. Disabling that feature should only happen due to physics, not a minor problem.
See, this is one of the things that drive me batty with so much new hardware.
With an old car, if this happened you’d get warnings. If a door is open your car would warn you and beep occasionally. It was still an entirely functional car.
But now… cars won’t warn you, they stop you. It doesn’t even feel like my car at that point.
One other somewhat bizarre option is that I’ve heard there is a large deaf community in VR Chat and they actually have a modified sign language that they use.
I don’t know exactly how “modified” it is, but for learning any language the best way is to find people to talk with. Might work as a good springboard if you have VR.
Holy crap, this map is awesome. They have the grills, picnic tables, even all the ski lifts on the ski hill.
Don’t care if the graphics look like they came from the 90s. I love the details
