Wow I’m old.
But they have gaming divisions which are technically their own companies. This chart js definitely cherry-picking. I didn’t even mention that “gaming” is highly subjective already. There’s more than just MS & Sony missing from this chart.
Why aren’t the “game focused” companies within Sony, Microsoft, etc. listed on here?

Netflix doesn’t green light shows based on vision. There’s no concrete plan past the first/sexond season for most any show but especially not for Netflix.

Only tertiarily related to dungeon meshi. The first season was lighthearted fun. The second season, after a not so bueno beginning, has managed to capture most of that. It’s essentially a slice of life juxtaposed against the modern fantasy isekai. No stakes.
If you enjoy the absurdity of everyone being a gourmand, including fantasy creatures, then this will fun for you. If you are super cereal and must have a world ending disaster driving your narratives, then this is not.

Line break acting like punctuation.
Maybe AI can generate, you sumbitches.

Hopefully the rest of the season is better but I’ve been disappointed with what’s been released so far and my expectations weren’t even high.

I prefer shorter shows so here’s some that tell a complete narrative even if the timeline itself may not be that long.
Cowboy Bebop
Your Lie in April
Welcome to NHK
Ping Pong the Animation
Moribito - Guardian of the Spirit
Silver Spoon
To name a few

Calling some of these masterpieces is more than a stretch. Maybe cultural phenomenons is more apt.

Food cutbacks (voluntary or involuntary) due to finances is likely contributing too.

Hey, you showed up on my feed again! Really loving seeing the AT again after all these years. Keep em coming.
Here’s a shot of the falls right after a heavy rain in the spring

I had one aggressively pursue a group of us (had a dog with us but I doubt that makes a difference). This was on the top of a mountain.

Is there any way to generate a nude Tayne?
Yea that’s what came to mind first. I had completely forgotten about the GTA V character.
Deeper and deeper. Way down.
This has been my phone background for most of the year

The price point most definitely isn’t static. Before we get into actual price points there’s DLC and whether or not that’s free or how it’s priced. But for actual games there’s an $80 price point, a $70 one, and a $60 one if you want to cherry pick and only discuss “console” games. There’s still plenty of games releasing at $40 or even $20 and those are *also released on consoles but likely don’t get physical releases. Don’t act like these companies don’t have leeway to set their own prices for what they produce.

I don’t think many people are expecting a GTA or BG3 amount of content. Yea those are outliers. The problem arises when your game is the same or greater in price as those. Your game better be one hell of a unique experience if you expect people to be satisfied with that price point.
I have similar concerns.
