I posted this on the toilet. Call me a hypocrite if you must but remember that if you do then YOU are the terrorist.
Do not change the agency. It cannot be reformed. It MUST be abolished, demand nothing less.
They have training and are doing exactly what they are trained to do. The pig who shot the woman was a firearms trainer himself. It is propaganda that ice or cops need more training, this is just a way to justify increased spending to their departments. No money for ice, abolish ice!
Of course they are trying to stop prosecution of this officer, but if public pressure is high enough they can always throw him under the bus as a bad apple. But it is important to remember that he is not a bad apple. This is inevitable when you flood the streets with armed thugs with the goal of terrorizing people. ICE needs to be eliminated, don’t let them make this about only one of the thugs.

To all the people saying there isn’t an easy solution: you are wrong, the solution is actually very easy, easier than most international problems. It’s the solution the entire political world has been willing to get behind for 50 years or so. If I remember correctly it’s that Israel return to its 1967 borders and get rid of its nuclear weapons. Every couple years the UN votes on this, the results are always like 230 to 2. The whole world agrees, except for Israel and the US, and the US vetoes it every time.
Imagine getting 99% of the world to agree to something, and thinking the problem is too complicated to solve.
