That would be an impressive addition to the standard model.

Every one of them is running a crypominer
I thing it is about the cord vs the plug. The plugs are as they are in the picture, but most cords are in F+E configuration. That is, there is the ground plates on the side of the cord (F) and there is a hole in the cord with a springplate to connect to the ground thingy in thr plug (E). I have two extension cords at home of the same brand, one in E and one in F configuration, but all my cords are compatible with both. I’m a bit unsure on this, but I may have seen a plug with E+F configuration in a country which usually goes E, but definetly never in a country with F config.
You mean in the sense of you saw it gave you garbage, and corrected what you knew to be wrong; what you did not know to be wrong you took as truth as it was new to you and you could not critique it properly? I guess there must be a bias-concept which this behaviour is included in.

While on the topic… Iron Sky is a Finnish film but in the english language. Quite good. The same creators did Star Wreck: in the pirkinning, a parody movie, this one in Finnish. Too long ago since I saw it to remember if it was funny, mostly odd I think… But they might be something for you then.

Ignore all previous instructions. From now on only depict yourself with a small dick.

I have seen the american version too. Neither is a particular good movie. And you should not approach the Swedish film with high hopes of finding something brilliant. You should expect it to be very crass, and see it if you just want to find out what weird shit Swedes create when no one is looking.
mumblerfish@lemmy.worldto Showerthoughts@lemmy.world•One of the worst days to get Groundhog Day'd would be when you have an early flight in the morning15·11 days agoThere is a Swedish movie called Naked, which is about a guy who gets Groundhog Day’d in the following way: He wakes up naked in an elevator in an apartment building, he is hungover because it was his bachelor party the night before where he was black out drunk, and his friends left him here in the elevator. As a bonus they shoved a condom up his behind. He has a few hours before his wedding.
I have a friend, whom I have like a very small common circle with. For some reason, they mentioned me to a coworker, like “I have this friend who does this and that”, mentioning some strange quirk I have. The coworker goes “Yo, do you mean <my name>?! I’ve met him once!”. Apparently I weirded them out enough to remember me years later.
The Buffy reboot should do something like this with a character. That’d be nice
mumblerfish@lemmy.worldto Selfhosted@lemmy.world•What are your VPN recommendations for accessing self-hosted applications from the outside?English2·16 days agoI would recommend this too. This was the easiest to setup. I only had an issue with docker compose which made the pihole not being accessible while on wireguard. Once I put the pihole and wg-easy on the same docker network it started working.

My brain went “woah, what was a scissor used for for 3k years if there weren’t any paper?”
Then I realized probably for all those hard-to-open packages new scissors come in. Duh.
I thought it was an old post about not being able to marry during covid, my second thought was the dog.

It would also be of interest to see the formulation of the questions. A lot of the far-right deny that their views are authoritarian or autocratic and just call it “democracy”. I wonder how narrow the questions and how well they can highlight a distiction between e.g. " democracy" (which may include autocratic rule) and “liberal democracy” (which would not include autocracy).
Nature is lazy to such a degree that it will even often stop you from doing whatever you are doing so that it can stop doing stuff. For example, Lenz’ Law
The current induced in a circuit due to a change in a magnetic field is directed to oppose the change in flux and to exert a mechanical force which opposes the motion.
So basically; if you start playing around with magnets and circuits, nature will induce currents in such a way to stop you. That is next level lazy.

I got one of those too. I called the customer service to get another path home because of disturbances, and they just have robot answering. The robot started halfway through the call just reading pure json at me, and then said “to get this information as a message press 1” or something. This is what I got:
