Why specifying that he identifies himself as a man if ICE doesn’t care who they kill as long as person resists them? Just curious.

The title isn’t saying that he identifies as a man, it’s saying that the identity of the person in the video was found, as he was unidentified before now.
Ahh, sorry. Misinterpreted the title. This makes sense, especially since he was shot so many times that his body probably got mutilated.
They aren’t. A man was fatally shot by ICE he has been identified as Alex Pretti is all that the headline says. It’s not about what gender identifies as.
