I get that it sucks not getting to work from home. But you do realize there are also a lot of “work” from home slackers, don’t you? I would want to trust anyone, but I know a lot of colleagues are doing fuck all when “working” from home
This should not matter, i know we pay by the hour but in reality you pay your employees to get a job done and you pay the manager to make sure the job gets done in time. If the employee does not get their job done than you can fire them regardless from where they didn’t get it done. People waste tons of time in the office too.
This gets more important since we are more productive than ever but become poorer.
