    Some righ-leaning outlets have also declined to sign the document. “Newsmax has no plans to sign the letter,” the network told the New York Times reporter Erik Wemple. “We are working in conjunction with other media outlets to resolve the situation. We believe the requirements are unnecessary and onerous and hope that the Pentagon will review the matter further.”

    Well that clears up the question if right and left outlets will share sources and news.

    Maybe Hegeth should just stop whining like a spoiled child when news outlets refuse to be bullied into obeying his fascist dogma.

      I would bet Newsmax leadership is actually fine with it, but realizes their viewer base would immediately lose trust in them, which is not fine (for them).

        Hey, bending to the pressure of the public instead of the pressure of the government is still the WAY better choice here, and it’s good to see any media outlet taking that choice (against facism).
