No I’m unable to decipher, you’re not making a lot of sense
It could be mine, but you could also be referring to op’s post. It’s not quite clear, hence the question
Ah, ye, I get that. It’s not about relating. I think everyone has a right to their own feelings and opinions regardless of the person they are themselves. For example, just because someone drives a car doesn’t mean they’re required to pretend climate change is a hoax. And their insight can still be helpful. Even if it doesn’t paint them in the very best light for the particular subject
What is “speficially”?
Who’s low instincts?
How does that make a difference?
All the same, I think? Being hypocritical doesn’t make either behaviour less bad or people’s feelings invalid
Elon is a man and an asshole. Those are separate issues. Most people, men and women, are not that selfish and childish.
It’s unfortunate that assholes do tend to be a loud minority among men

Boomkop3@reddthat.comto Technology@beehaw.org•‘FuckLAPD.com’ Lets Anyone Use Facial Recognition to Instantly Identify Cops11·4 days agoYes and no. They’re still humans. They should be held accountable, but they should also have the privacy to live their lives.
It’s not a simple black and white situation. There’s more nuance here
Boomkop3@reddthat.comto Technology@beehaw.org•‘FuckLAPD.com’ Lets Anyone Use Facial Recognition to Instantly Identify Cops1·4 days agoI suppose, either way it makes harassment and more misbehaviour more easily available
Boomkop3@reddthat.comto Technology@beehaw.org•‘FuckLAPD.com’ Lets Anyone Use Facial Recognition to Instantly Identify Cops11·4 days agoIt would make it easier for these people to be harassed, or worse. Privacy is important
Boomkop3@reddthat.comto Technology@beehaw.org•‘FuckLAPD.com’ Lets Anyone Use Facial Recognition to Instantly Identify Cops2·4 days agoI think it’s more akin to a “get guns ez pz” article. Even if most people can get them, a lot of people don’t because it’s a hassle. But to be fair, if it’s public information then heck, it was only a matter of time until there was a website making it ez pz.
That’s not this article’s fault. And some important context I managed to miss at first :/
Boomkop3@reddthat.comto Technology@beehaw.org•‘FuckLAPD.com’ Lets Anyone Use Facial Recognition to Instantly Identify Cops1·4 days agoThe concern was the lack of knowledge that this was public. I noticed it’s in the article, I may have read over it
Boomkop3@reddthat.comto Technology@beehaw.org•‘FuckLAPD.com’ Lets Anyone Use Facial Recognition to Instantly Identify Cops11·4 days agoA. A gun is a tool as well, doesn’t mean you should make them public available
B. That makes a lot of sense. I’m not from around there, sorry for the misunderstanding

Part of this is also the demand. Especially in places like the us, a lot of food is wasted, or nearly spoiled before it gets to the customer, or just straight up processed into heckin’ fuel and plastic.
That’s not to say that it’s a bit odd that subsidies from the cold war are still in effect today, and that those subsidies are being used to lobby for more subsidies :/
It does make my 3d printer filament cheap tho, thank you American taxpayers!
