Are you currently growing with coco coir? It looks like it. If so, you need more than tap water and calmag for plants to grow in coco. Look up Canna Coco nutrients and get A+B bottles. You want to feed at 5.8 pH and feed them daily. The seedlings will not require much at this point but they still need some food. Coco is an inert medium so it doesn’t give anything back to the plants.
