Establishment Dems never move mountains for anything. They’ll push over molehills. Sometimes that’s all it takes.

And yeah, they only put molehills in front of Bernie. Unfortunately that’s all it took.

One of the big realities is that winning elections right now takes money. I hate every Dem that swears off campaign contributions. It’s partly our fault that if they don’t play the game they’re not gonna win.

Votes still matter more than money. It’s partly our collective fault that money buys votes as effectively as it does.

Because, like Bernie advises, I want to win instead of lose.

Some level of cooperation with the Democratic party is necessary for that. Doesn’t mean we have to swallow everything hook, like, and sinker. But we do need most of them as allies against fascism.

I don’t have to like everything Chuck Schumer does to prefer him to a Republican. And I wish we still had Manchin, because West Virginia didn’t get any better with him gone.

No matter which side you’re on, the things that get attention are usually done in an intelligent way that makes sense. It’s generally better to shift the agenda by focusing on new things than to focus on the things that were fixed literally last year.

This president has the exact opposite behavior. He’s aggressively destroying anything Biden or Obama have built, down to straight up trashing assets of the USPS (including mail sorters).

Those names aren’t doing a very good job of whitewashing.
