Are you sure she’s not diabetic? My sister is Type 1, so she’s had diabetes her whole life. Whenever her blood sugar was out of whack, she’d become drunk-like and also have seizures in really bad instances.

I believe it. I had grandparents in Appalachia that didn’t even get indoor plumbing until the mid-1990s, and they were the first in their area. There are many places with some insane levels of poverty in the US that the state and federal governments just give zero fucks about.

They showed up to a daycare wearing fucking masks?? What in the actual fuck is wrong with these people? That would make my kids feel super uncomfortable/nervous.
Also, all daycares look quiet during the winter on days it is too cold for the kids to play outside. Just like fucking schools. Not to mention, they all do lunchtime and nap time between 1100 - 1330, so they turn the lights down/off and draw the blinds in most of the rooms because of that. My own kid’s daycare does the same thing. God, these people are fucking morons.

3/4 of the US outside major metros should be classified as a developing country. We have many areas that barely have functional plumbing, let alone any other type of developed infrastructure.

Truly a bizarre and ridiculous action. Publicly owned and operated postal delivery is still very useful, especially as late stage capitalism continues getting more and more dystopic.
So it makes it okay for a foreign country to invade them without just cause?
Uh, what? Look at the context of this post, jackass. The meme is trying to portray Russia as a misunderstood good guy while everyone else is evil. I agree with most of the evil flags being there rightfully, but Ukraine is literally defending itself from unjustified invasion. Jfc, it’s crazy this has to be explained. Just look at the entire history of Russia’s aggression and bullying of Ukraine and try to tell me with a straight face that they’re unjustified in defending themselves from a foreign aggressor.
Ukraine–the county literally being invaded by Russia–is an imperialist, war mongering tyrant? Get the fuck out of here with this slop. Could’ve just left it with the main flags, but throwing Ukraine’s flag in there is legit braindead Chinese/Russian trolling.
Is the meme supposed to be a pun/joke about British and their love of tea?
That’s a bit unfair. How do you explain all the IR sensor and radar evidence in some of these incidents? In those incidents, the objects weren’t defying the laws of physics, necessarily. It only seemed unlikely that any lifeform as we know it could survive the G-force that would incur from such rapid acceleration, which–in my opinion–means the objects were likely drones of some kind.
I don’t necessarily believe the sightings are aliens, but I do think they warrant further and continued inquiry. There have been too many of these “orb” sightings around military aircraft and naval ships to simply ignore/dismiss them outright.
What a random throwback reference, hahah

All I ever think of when it comes to mitochondria is Parasite Eve and spontaneous combustion/mutants.
Turnitin is such garbage. I hated it in grad school in the mid 2010s, I can only imagine how fucking awful it is now.
100%. “Put it… INNNN” always cracks me up

It is indeed a great documentary. Ironically, McNamara happily agreed to be interviewed for it. I haven’t seen it in over 20 years, but I just remembered being absolutely repulsed at how completely unfeeling the dude was about everything.

McNamara was truly one of the most cold-blooded sociopaths in US history.

And I would wager those items they’ve eaten the cost on, is what they’re seeking compensation on.

Wording it that way does really put it in perspective. Absolutely insane estimates for what they “need” to continue operating for the next ~4 years.

I see this gimmick lasting a whole month or two before it massively backfires. Either through massive compute costs or from fucked up user creations causing a disastrous PR incident.
That would require them to actually do their fucking jobs. Congress nowadays just takes orders from the dictator in office.
