Yeah. When you buy a Logitech mouse that comes with a dongle in the same package, you don’t need to do anything, just plug it in.
In my case though, I bought a replacement dongle for a mouse that was missing one, and was able to use Solarr to pair it up.
Solaar does the other Logitech-specific stuff you need too, like macros, scroll wheel ratcheting, and all that.

The “problem” they are trying to solve is “how do we keep people on the platform clicking and watching more videos for longer?” and the “solution” to that doesn’t necessarily involve showing you what you actually wanted to find.

I’ve worked as a dev for the national health service in the UK, and all new government services promote a high standard of accessibility. We did a lot of in-person testing with users in labs, in rooms with the one-way mirrors like in a police interview and everything! Users with physical needs, and also users who are simply older, or have low tech literacy.
“Accessibility” covers a huge spectrum This can be the obvious things you might imagine like alt text on images, screen reader compatibility and dyslexic-friendly fonts, but it’s so much more.
We’re talking about things like ensuring good text contrast on all elements, making everything desktop and mobile responsive, using clear and simple language for instructions, and making the steps and user journey straightforward and easy to navigate.
A lot of accessibility concerns don’t only make the service better for people with specific needs, they make it overall better for everyone.
I’m glad I’m one of those people who can’t seem to percieve any difference above 60Hz

Ten years ago I joined a newly formed small company. They were all-in on the google suite for everything, and it was great. Gmail, docs, meet, all joined up really well and fully cloud so everyone could work just as easily from home as in the office, with no on-prem hardware or VPNs or anything. It made the work so productive.
But of course enshittification happens, corps get evil, and everything goes down the toilet.
These days I am degoogling as much as possible and would never choose g-suite again, either personally or for business, but 10 years ago for that small business it was a godsend.

In this case not really a lack of filter on what is said (which kids do also lack) but a lack of social understanding on when and with whom we even start a conversation at all.
As adults we have all these unspoken rules before we decide to talk to someone. Do I know them? Do I have business with them? Does it look as if they want conversation or not? Am I going to be inconveniencing them?
Kids on the other hand will jump right in without a second thought, and that’s kinda great. We should probably all be a bit more kidlike sometimes!
