Dude, he just got thrown off by just how slow it is. Like in fighting games. You are used to opponent light spamming the ever loving shit outta ya, so when he throws out a slow ass heavy you dodge just for the tracking to jump in later than normal and boom, got hit
Unless the batpoon spear is made of kryptonite, why would Superman have to duck out of the way instead of letting it bounce harmlessly off his chest?
