People really don’t appreciate the hard work landlords do. Just sitting there all day, collecting other peoples’ money, thinking about bigger numbers. And look at the jobs they create, such as “guy who paints over the black mold patches on the drywall” and “guy who covers up the cigarette smell just long enough for a potential victim tenant to tour a unit.”
And dont forget all the time they spend leaening their legal obligations to the tenant so they can recognize tenants unfamiliar with the law and take advantage of that fact by providing even less than required
