    I mean, if he has that many less calories he can eat the next day before hitting his quota/limit, then this would technically work.

    Not good for digestion to eat before sleep, though. Can cause indigestion or even seepage.

      This is why when I used to track, I used a running 7-day average. Some days you just want to eat more, and that’s not a bad thing.

          Stay out of medicine. The kind of people who would dismiss medical procedure or advice due to the context making them uncomfortable is too dang many, you’d probably turn away women with heart attacks.
