Why not reuse the materials instead of dumping them
It was a reference to what, I believe, New York did with subway cars. We can definitely reuse the materials inside and dump the metal frames like they did. It worked pretty well as far as I know.
For land locked cities, I would recommend garbage facilities or data centers as the destination.
A little concerned about how this affects wildlife in the SF Bay but it’s probably best in the long run
