Elon controls every aspect of it. Being a “government” program is just for tax fraud purposes.

ah yes, of course, as a country you have so few other lines of communication, best to use the enemy platform to be sure.

EDIT for OP: reply has been deleted, not sure what point I was making as Poland pays for Starlink.

EDIT 2: undeleted as i did not delete this quick enough it seems :/

Seems logical to post to Elon on his account, where else would you post a message to him?

A social media platform only survives because people frequent, interact, and post. He can go any other platform because who cares if Elon sees it, he doesn’t give a shit. All he’s doing is validating the x platform. He can shitpost about this anywhere else

The point is that it’s a direct message from the Polish foreign minister to Elon Musk.
It would be stupid to post it anywhere else.

I absolutely hate X and everything Elon Musk, but there are situations that call for what is called proper channels.
And in this case X is the proper channel.

It’s legit fucking bonkers to go on Elon Musk’s Social Media Platform because you’re upset about Elon Musk’s Internet Connection. FFS, at least pretend you have a Threads account or something, you hack.

Like, people want to get mad at Elon and Friends for being a pack of greedy, degenerate parasites. And they would be right to do so. But when you defend guys like Donald Tusk, who have only ever known how to kowtow to one foreign business interest or another? Slavish loyalty to the private sector got you into this mess. Vowing to maybe one day switch from Coke to Pepsi isn’t going to get you out.

        Threads

Does Elon have an account on Threads to post to?
It’s sending the message to an address where the recipient actually receives it.

I wanted to know if a reason was given and I found it in another article:

Musk said that Starlink is not licensed to clients who are using weapons, and that the Ukrainian military was linked to a separate network called Starshield, which is operated by the US government. “This is not under SpaceX control,” Musk wrote.

The article goes on to say that the ukrainian military is using Starlink and was not warned the use would be restricted.

Reuters has an explainer article here but I still don’t get it so I won’t try and pull a quote lol.

When looking for that I came across an article from a previous time service was cut:

During a pivotal push by Ukraine to retake territory from Russia in late September 2022, Elon Musk gave an order that disrupted the counteroffensive and dented Kyiv’s trust in Starlink, the satellite internet service the billionaire provided early in the war to help Ukraine’s military maintain battlefield connectivity.

I’m glad the program to bring broadband internet to remote areas of my province cancelled their contract. Of course, they could always sign a new one, but relying on Starlink would make me nervous.

Both Cambridge dictionary and Merriam-Webster dictionary note other uses of blast apart from explosions.

The word is also noted to come from Old English, which is typically regarded as a period of the English language that ended in 1066. Probably not many bombs around, being centuries before any written record of gunpowder in Europe.

To end any comment with a serious use of “hope this helps” is only pitiful. If the help is misguided as well makes it both pitiful and irritating

Nobody got blasted by either definition. This is more doing nothing then patting yourselves on the back.

God forbid anyone say boo against the narrative trying to be spun.

These kind of pathetic tabloid articles do nothing but embolden the evil that is musk and his followers.
