Possibly the peak of the franchise, assuming you enjoy drag racing more than professional musicians launching cars into space.

People I know IRL who hate on the last few because they were so over-the-top; I think they’re the best because they were so over-the-top.

So just driving under a truck, or drifting is cool, but jumping a building to blow up a helicopter with your car is dumb? Whatever. 🙄

If nothing else, it gave us a banging song for memes, or in my case sailing in valheim and swinging boats around rocks.

And War 10. We’re skipping War 9 because the number nine sounds too much like “death” in some languages and the marketing team likes big round numbers.

Right now we’re releasing War 10, and because War 10 is the last version of War. It’s all about War as a service.

Okay, just for shits 'n giggles we’ll throw in a War 11. Just mind that it can’t be fought with perfectly good legacy weapons, those will need to be replaced.

I thought it was because “War 9” is too similar to “Win 9” or Windows 9x. This could cause software compatibility issues so its best to just skip straight from 8 to 10.

War 8 with a large regional sub-conflict called War 8+ War X (pronounced ten) which revolutionizes warfare. You’re gonna love it. Gets renamed into War Xs but nothing much is new. Kicks back into War 11 and local conflict War 11 Pro which is smaller than the regional War 11 Pro Max though honestly, they’re all the same.

Eventually gets rebranded as War 2026 even though conflict is taking place in 2025.

    World War: Jugg3rnaut

After being on the wrond side of history in the previous two world wars, Germany is tasked to lead the free world against Russia, America, China, and India, all of which are seeking to exterminate democracies from all around the world, to go back to the era of “strongman leaders”.

Meanwhile Ukraine is joining them, by offering them the drone controling super-AI called Jugg3rnaut they stole from Microsoft using their hackers…

I disagree. WW3 is already underway and is primarily informational. Combat is a combination of targeted strikes, drones and artillery etc Cyber warfare will also be a big factor.

Truth has been increasingly elusive and with AI we will no longer know what is true and what isnt because we can’t even believe our eyes.
