      Feddit and dbzer0 have (mutually?) defederated, so you’ll only see posts there from your own instance users.

        That doesn’t appear to be the case.

        This doesn’t seem like defederation. Something weird is going on.

        edit: Never mind, dbzer0 defederated from feddit 7 months ago. But why are some posts and upvotes getting through?

          Defederation is weird and I don’t fully understand it. For example, the community will still exist on a server after defederation, and people can still post to it (albeit now there’s no moderation, and that’s a separate problem). Maybe feddit is pulling in posts from users outside of dbzer0, linking it to the orphaned comm, and populating the posts that way.

  7. Be nice. Don’t take anything personally. Take political debates to the appropriate communities. Take personal disagreements & arguments to private messages.
  8. No advertising, brand promotion, or guerrilla marketing.
