You enter Recovery Mode. Be careful what pills you take next, there’s an “Erase all memories” option. If you do it accidentally and don’t have enough left to select and confirm “Exit”, just go to sleep and you will wake up normally the next day
this is actually fairly common. it is a typical consequence of opposite-sex breeding, i.e. if a man and a woman have a baby together.
Fun fact, the human body already produces both testosterone and estrogen. We vary in how much of each our bodies produce, but it’s never zero of one and all of the other. It’s not just ratio either, someone could naturally have high amounts of both or low amounts of both.
I had abnormally high amounts of both on my initial bloods, AMAB… What does that make me?
I’m not a doctor, let alone your doctor, but don’t blindly listen to the other comment recommending medicine. If you want, speak to your doctor about it and get their opinion first. That commenter may or may not know what they’re talking about, but they’re speculating about what’s going on in your body at best.
I agree with this statement. All I’m doing is sharing anecdotal evidence at best. Please seek official medical guidance before doing anything with your hormones.
Hormones are powerful shit and can fuck you up if they go crazy, and nothing makes them go crazy quite like fucking with them.
I am working with doctors myself to regulate my hormones.
Seems like an endocrinologist visit is warranted.
You probably have a high amount of aromatase.
If you want to bring down the estrogen you can take enclomiphene, which is an aromatase inhibitor which will prevent your testosterone from being converted to estrogen and boost your testosterone.
Of course, the downside of that is that if your body has been used to making a lot of testosterone, it can temporarily spike your testosterone into the supranormal category until downregulates.
Mine spiked into the 1400s, but it upped my free testosterone and boosted my mood quite a bit.
Whats the point of bringing it down?
High estrogen in men can cause gynecomastia, weight gain, mood swings, and possibly negatively affect their libido.
We need some estrogen for biological processes, but not a lot. Very, very small amount compared to a woman.
From what I’m aware, trans people that are transitioning from male to female typically only take one to four milligrams of estrogen a day. It does not take a lot to feminize a masculine body.
If you want to bring down the estrogen[…]

IANAMD but I’m going to nitpick.
Enclo is not an aromatase inhibitor. It is a selective estrogen receptor modulator (a SERM).
That activity in the hypothalamus is the mechanism by which it boosts the production of leutenizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone, signaling for increased production of gonadal hormones up to baseline, which is how it treats hypogonadism in cis men.
The estrogen receptor modulation itself, however, systemically dampens signals from estrogen throughout the body, meaning the estrogen levels aren’t targeted. They might remain the same. But more signal volume is required for the same estrogenic effects. Where aromatase factors are high, E levels will rise with T.
So? Symptoms resulting from contraindicated therapy can be quite severe.
Because aromatization factors in the body remain the same, and T levels are allowed to rise in spite of it, there are various situations in which this distinction could be extremely important, because the moment the SERM-induced E insensitivity is lifted, the E levels that have been allowed to quietly rise will take effect quite suddenly.
A sudden Estrogen peak is not a pleasant experience, to put it mildly, but on top of that the hypothalamus will respond to the high E levels by crashing LH, FSH and thus T as well.
Sudden T valleys are likewise unpleasant, especially for a male receptor profile where T regulates so many systems.
Takeaway: consult a physician.
Primary care will typically request initial panel then refer to uro/gyno or endocrinology for diagnosis.
High E levels in those with a male receptor profile may, when accompanied by symptoms or when otherwise indicated, be treated with aromatase inhibition for short term relief along with lifestyle changes for long term treatment.
(Why: a common cause of increased aromatization is excess adipose tissue / high body fat percentage. Nutrition is the primary lifestyle factor.)
But high E levels alone don’t necessarily require treatment. Some people just have naturally (or temporarily) higher levels than others.
ETA spoilers and TLDR: if not suffering any ill-effects, it’s usually best not to fuck with levels.
More human than a human?
Many post-menopausal women are on both estrogen and testosterone. Literally everyone has both in their bodies. For an individual person, it’s about having the right balance at a given time, and supplementation with both or either is common
It can be so low that both have to be supplemented?
Check out the recent 3 part Emmenology series on the Ologies Podcast. Fantastic interviews with experts on menopause and perimenopause. Episode 2 goes into detail on treatment
I’m on both.
It mostly just makes the hair grow back, annoyingly
… head hair grow back even though you want to be bald, or body hair grow back because you want to be smooth?
…
or both?
My facial hair that I’ve been lasering came back darker and more stubborn
You enter a superposition of both male and female.

I think it makes you split into two equally malevolent entities.
If you’re on testosterone your body naturally converts some of it to estrogen via Aromatization.
So most people on testosterone are already awash in testosterone and estrogen at the same time.
You find out where they got the name for the drink called a “Hairy Nipple.”
This makes Gigastacy
