Nope! Relaxing, for me, is listening to music (wihout distractions, because I like studying the details), watching movies (in ways in which David Lynch would accept), playing a game, reading a book, etc. I’m honestly not all that attached to my phone in general, never caught my attention in any significant way (don’t do Social Media in general, don’t chat that much with people over text, mostly use it for calls, music, and some background noise when cooking, cleaning, etc.)
I would listen to music but in 90% of times that music is controlled by my phone and my mind always seems to get lost on Lemmy while looking for the music controls.
Gaming and computers in general became more stress than fun a while ago and never liked tv. I should pick up reading again but in a way thats still staring my eyes at a flat surface.

I highly recommend trying to listen to albums in their entirety, if for no other reason than it makes it easier to turn it on and then not touch anything for the rest of the album. Personally, vinyl works really well for me.
