Can we not increase the visibility of someone this disturbed?

I understood the purpose of this community to be to catalog and pick apart the poorly constructed hypocrisies of the tankies that plague this platform, and, sure, find solidarity in having some laughs at their expense while we do it. This guy’s posts are just sad and hateful. Deleting his posts/banning his accounts just to screenshot the things he says, repost them and make fun of him really seems to defeat the purpose of deleting them to begin with. There’s no argument to deconstruct, and no misrepresented opinion to catalogue. They’re just a sad human spreading vitriol instead of getting the social/emotional help they desperately need.

I feel like, as a community, we should make an effort to simply ban and move on from people like this.

While I partially agree, relegating them to the shadows hasn’t helped stem their numbers. IMHO, it’s time for scorched earth now. Quietly sweeping their shit under a rug hasn’t helped.

Public shaming is the only recourse for this shit. Will it stop this degenerate loser from trolling? No, but it might stop the next one from making the same choice.

An antisemitic slogan used by Hamas within their charter. Antisemites and the otherwise ignorant use the slogan as a means of co-opting peace efforts and identifying other extremists.

            Germany, amongst many.

I figure they’re an expert on identifying antisemitic slogans, considering their history and also the whole Hamas verbatim saying the same slogan. Personally I’d question using a phrase that a terrorist organisation also uses, but Lemmy users don’t actually go outside, so shrug

either way if you use it here i’ll ban ya

              You figure wrong.

Germany has a Staatsräson that follows Israeli state narratives as an official form of redemption for their past and does not recognize the ongoing genocide against the Palestinians committed by the Zionist Entity, which is heavily supported by German weaponry. Germany, being accused of complicity in said genocide in front of the International Court of Justice. The chancellor calls the racist annihilation and colonization of Palestinian land „Drecksarbeit“ (dirty work).

The phrase is not illegal in Germany, as there is no law against it and courts have decided in favor of the legality. But it is misused for state repression against protests against genocide, by misusing anti-semitism as a pretense, just like you do. People that like to equal Judaism and Zionism, which in itself is anti-semitic, as it umbrellas every Jew under the atrocities, that are committed by the Zionist state of Israel.

The phrase implies freedom from colonization and for all people in the land of Palestine, which includes Jews, btw. Interpreting it as anti-semitic is a malicious use of the term, just like it’s misused to smother every form of dissent. Israel itself uses the phrase to advertise their imperialist greater Israel project, and therefore again create a narrative where they themselves do what they are accusing others of, as they are the ones actually doing the ethnic cleansing, not the would-be one by Hamas, that disingenuous people like you try to focus on.

Germany has no authority over the definition and use of the term anti-semitism and how would they, as they did the freaking Holocaust in the first place. But what they like to do is do everything that Israel wants in order to appear as the chastened and repentant nation they wish to portrait. You clinging to that kind of argumentation is very telling, same as banning for the use of the phrase. But you are a Zionist, and as Germany will oppress resistance, so will you by willfully mischaracterizing the ways in which the phrase is used as anti-Jewish, instead of anti-colonial or anti-racist or anti-Zionist.

I’ve pretty much only seen the phrase used by anti-Palestinian genocide supporters and only deemed anti-semetic by Israel and those who kowtow to Israel.

I would have thought you would also be against the genocide of Palestinians.

Unfortunately, it’s also associated with a form of the one-state solution that involves throwing the Jews “back to the sea”, as many ‘leftists’ and some self-professed anarchists here will simp for.

Whether it’s been reclaimed by Fatah’s moderation in the 90s for a more inclusive one-state solution, and Hamas’s subsequent conciliatory position in the late 2010s, is certainly a matter of personal opinion. I wouldn’t regard it as antisemitic, but I do understand that it gets hackles up for reasons that are more complex than just “They obviously support the ongoing genocide of the Palestinian people by Israel”

I noticed ya got banned from dbzer0. What happened? Not sure of the details, but from the looks of the modlog, it may be because you got so aggressive in a thread when people brought my name up.

None of this stuff is that serious. I’m on here just trying to do my part and adding content to Lemmy because I believe in it.

Let’s have a great 2026 and slow down on all the anger and namecalling. The importance of quality posts on Lemmy is more important than any petty personal disputes.

Bullshit dude. But I’m not wasting my time in the repetitious game you seem to love to play in denying this.

You know exactly why I got banned from that shithole- because you are the one that reported me. And you know that It’s because I called your ass out for what you are- a sad little no-life troll that gets a perverse endorphin rush from disruption and the pointless antagonization of random people.

This is all because I was the one that got YOU banned from .world, but you really need to get over that and understand that It’s not just because you act like a smug asshole. It’s also because no one likes you.

                  But I’ll digress:

I think you have a serious mental health problem that has gone on too long without being addressed and as a result of this, I feel sorry for you. I honestly do. You must be incredibly lonely to find yourself seeking attention from complete strangers online.

                  It’s fucking sad man.

                Yus.

Alas, the next line of the popular song goes:

                A force from above

… I need to listen to more anarchist musicians. And to get that spook psyop shit outta my brain; cease those insidious pro-authoritatian programs from hiding in there.

… And yet, I’m still fond of that song. Further testament to the danger.

“He kill them wi’ their love. Wi’ their love fo’ each other. That’s how it is, every day, all over the world.” – John Coffey, The Green Mile.

Pretty sure these people were put into padded cells in the past, now we give them a voice to speak to other equally disturbed individuals.
