      “DOOM” music?

So nasty that it’s probably somewhat of a travesty\ Having me, then he told the people, “You can call me Your Majesty”\ Keep your battery charged, you know it won’t stick, yo\ And it’s not his fault you kick slow\ Should’ve let your trick ho chick hold your sick glow\ Plus nobody couldn’t do nothin’ once he let the brick go\ And you know I know that’s a bunch of snow\ The beat is so butter, peep the slow cutter\ As he utter the calm flow (“Your mother—”), don’t talk about my moms, yo\ Sometimes he rhyme quick, sometimes he rhyme slow\ Or vice versa, whip up a slice of nice verse pie\ Hit it on the first try, villain: the worst guy\ Spot hot tracks like spot a pair of fat asses\ Shots of the scotch from out the square shot glasses\ And he won’t stop till he got the masses\ And show 'em what they know not through flows of hot molasses\ Do it like the robot to headspin to boogaloo\ Took a few minutes to convince the average bug-a-boo\ It’s ugly, like look at you, it’s a damn shame\ Just remember ALL CAPS when you spell the man name

      -MF DOOM

And you know it like a poet, like babydoll

I bet she tried to say she gave me her all, she played ball

All bets off! The Villain got the dice rigged

And they say he accosted the man with the sliced wig

by British-American MC/producer MF Doom, released under the alias King Geedorah via Big Dada on 17 June 2003. King Geedorah is the alias MF Doom used as part of the underground super group Monsta Island Czars. The album features guest appearances from MF Grimm (as Jet-Jaguar) as well as other MIC members

Me, an elder millennial, reading that plethora of aliases I’ve never heard of:

I’m the oldest millennial possible and it breaks my heart that you aren’t aware of the madvillainy. He got caught sending a body-double to shows, and his defense was “I’m a villain.”

I first heard him on The Herbaliser’s “Something Wicked Yhis Way Comes” on the track “It Ain’t Nuttin’”

MF DOOM had an entire mythos going with several aliases including: MF DOOM (sometimes credited as just “DOOM” like on Born Like This), King Geedorah, Victor Vaughn (clever play on “Victor Von Doom,” aka Dr. Doom), Metal Face, and Metal Fingers (used for production credits only, I believe). Also, can’t forget his original moniker, Zev Luv X (with his late brother in the group KMD).

Then you have his collabs like: Madvillian (DOOM + Madlib, and probably the best hip hop album ever produced - Madvilliany),

            DangerDOOM (DOOM + Danger Mouse),

DOOMStarks (DOOM + Ghostface Killah. Honestly wish there was more of this),

JJ DOOM (DOOM + Jneiro Jarel),

            NehruvianDOOM (DOOM + Bishop Nehru),

There are probably more I’m forgetting…

And all of it is top notch.

We lost a literal genius when he passed. RIP.

Ghostface being the Tony Stark to MF DOOM’s Viktor von Doom was always the sickest shit.

One of my favorite tracks with them together was on The Mouse and The Mask by DangerDOOM.

Aquaman’s pops can’t water check me\ Disrespect me (Yo), indirectly (Yo)\ I seen his feet and they both lefty, he steppin’ half correctly\ As I stroll the globe and terrorize the planet\ With a Bill Clinton mask and them Playskool hammers\ Me and DOOM, always be the best on the landing\ Superheroes for life until our souls vanish

That bolded line is one of my favorite lines ever.

I am gonna be that guy though and point out that it’s Viktor Vaughn (looking at my copy of Vaudeville Villain right now)

and probably the best hip hop album ever produced - Madvilliany

              *chefs kiss

              EDIT: Hot Guacamole

Set the game to the lowest difficulty, then gently ask all the bad guys to please go home, it’s time for tea.
